Buying cryptocurrencies

The display and your wallet

The display and your wallet. Via the display, you first confirm which cryptocurrency you want to buy, as well as the desired amount of the deposit, such as 50 or 150 euros. Amounts up to and including 995 euros can be purchased without registration or verification. For larger amounts, a one-time verification is carried out by means of an official photo ID. Now use your mobile device and open your wallet. With your wallet, you have the option to have a QR code generated.

Scan the QR code and deposit money

Now hold your mobile device with the displayed QR code up to the scanner of the machine. The scanner will now scan your QR code. Be patient for a moment until the successful transmission of the data is confirmed on the display.

In the last step, you only have to insert the desired amount into the money slot.

Credit in your wallet

It may take a short moment for the transaction to be processed. As soon as the transaction is completed, the amount credited to your Wallet will be displayed and confirmed on the screen of your mobile device. The credited amount is net of transaction fees, which are automatically deducted from the deposit amount and may vary depending on your location.

Via the display, you first confirm that you want to sell a cryptocurrency, as well as the desired amount of the payout, such as 50 or 150 euros. Amounts up to and including 995 euros can be paid out without registration or verification. For larger amounts, a one-time verification is carried out by means of an official photo ID. Print the ticket and send the crypto amount

You will now receive a ticket with a QR code and all transaction data including the crypto amount to be transferred and a destination address.

You do not have to wait at the machine for the following steps: Send the exact crypto amount indicated to the indicated destination address within 20 minutes using your wallet. Wait until your transaction has received at least one confirmation, which may take a few minutes. You will usually see the status of your transaction and the confirmations received in your wallet.”

Cash out money

Now select on the display that you want to redeem a ticket. Scan the QR code of the ticket and take out the cash.
