What is a crypto ATM?

A crypto ATM is a device that allows you to physically buy or sell a number of different cryptocurrencies with cash. The vending machine is connected to an exchange that executes the order. After you select the type and amount of cryptocurrency you want to buy, you enter the cash and the machine completes the transaction online.

What payment options do I have when making a purchase?

You can pay with cash at our vending machines using all notes from €5 to €500.

What fees are incurred when buying?

You will always find the actual rate of your desired cryptocurrency, including the applicable fees, on the vending machine before you start a transaction.

When do I have to identify myself?

Amounts up to and including €995 can be purchased without registration or verification. Above this amount, a one-time verification by means of a photo ID is required. For large amounts, the origin of the funds must also be confirmed. The online form can be found here.

What documents do I need to verify myself?

You need an official photo ID (passport or identity card). Please note that the photo ID must not have expired.

At which ATMs can I buy cryptocurrencies?

How do I have to verify?

Please take a picture of your face and official photo ID via the camera integrated in the machine. The verification will then be processed by our support team. The verification steps are shown on the display of the machine at all times. Please note our support hours.

Will I get a receipt for a purchase?

For our One-Way ATMs (purchase only), no receipt is printed out, but you can have a receipt sent to you via email or SMS. For our TwoWay ATMs (purchase/sale), you can have a receipt printed directly at the machine.

Can I buy cryptocurrencies from an ATM without a wallet?

Our TwoWay ATMs offer the option of having a paper wallet printed out, onto which you can then make the purchase.

Where can I redeem my ticket to sell cryptocurrencies?

Please take into account that the cash withdrawal can only be made at the machine that printed the ticket and to which you sent your cryptocurrencies.

Can I reverse a transaction at the ATM?

Once a transaction has been made on the blockchain, it can no longer be reversed. Therefore, before carrying out the transaction, make sure that you have entered the correct receiving address.

What happens if I have sent the wrong amount to the destination address in a sale?

If, when selling cryptocurrencies at the ATM, you have sent an amount other than that stated on the receipt, the payout cannot be carried out. In this case, please contact our support team immediately.
